Sam Perry is a Saint Paul native and is a dual career agent. He is a full-time firefighter for the City of Saint Paul and has been a Realtor since 2020. He was first inspired by real estate when he brokered his first sale and buy, in 2019 by buying the duplex he currently lives in from his neighbor who wanted to sell but did not want to list it on the market. Ever since that he was hooked and especially loves to work with clients looking for investment and multi-family properties.
